Left in the dark, poor comms, work alongside businesses under investigation in the US

Cannot recommend. Cards were returned (eventually) but have zero trust in Dan, hence why waiting for them to be safely back with me before writing.There was a conversation about WATA Games (Which sub center work with) and a discussion about an ongoing lawsuit. Myself (and i assume all others involved) were permanently banned from their groups and from contacting them.It is massively well documented that WATA Games have been under investigation and sued for market manipulation, favourable self grading and collusion to sell their own graded copies at significantly higher amounts boosted by press releases / media coverage they pay for. This is objective fact and anybody reading this can easily see for themselves with a quick Google. After looking for an alternative middleman service, it appears that Sub Center aren't the "Only" authorised UK dealer as is implied - there are others that PSA list themselves. Again, a bit shady.Honestly cannot recommend a business happy to work with people like this, as well as those who will completely leave you in the dark due to an innocent discussion on Facebook.

Blocked for mentioning another grading company on Facebook - order now "missing"

Absolute sham, and a power trip from the owners to boot. I asked on the associated facebook group about using PSA or Ace Grading (Ace in the UK, which the sub center obviously don't middleman for). The question was literally just that. Almost immediately was banned for posting that.Not the biggest issue, but then see my cards currently being dealt with by them have gone backwards with PSA and now my order number shows nothing on their site. Again, probably could be resolved by some simple comms but I then find out that I'm blocked from messaging their facebook page and have had requests denied to join the discord. Have sent an email to the shop but no response.Absolutely would not recommend trusting your valuables with individuals who will completely cut you off at the slightest mention of other services. Complete lack of professionalism or maturity which aligns with some of the other 1 star reviews and scattered facebook posts. Do NOT be tricked into thinking they are the only official PSA grading middleman in the UK as they're not.

Incredible customer service

I recently sent in an order to the Sub Center, which was marked as delivered on the Royal Mail website but with some exceptionally dodgy Proof of Delivery (through no fault at all of the Sub Center!)I reached out to the Sub Center to determine whether the parcel had arrived, and when it was clear that it hadn't, Sophie and Dan went above and beyond to quickly resolve this issue. They were calm, kind and most importantly very quick to provide updates. The parcel was found within less than 24 hours and I was kept updated all throughout this process.Despite it being too early to have received my submission back from PSA, I can already confidently say that I will be using The Sub Center again in the future, with confidence that any concerns or queries will be professionally dealt with. A massive thank you to all involved!

Booster Packs Grading

Dan and the team at the Sub Center is the place to go if you want booster packs and cards graded, the prices are competitive along with the confidence everything is in safe hands. The tracker is also a great way to check the progress on your orders. This is my 6th time using the company and look forward to sending off more!
