Review Time
Used the Sub Center 3 times so far and each time has gone smoothly. I wouldn't use anywhere else to grade my cards with the big 3 US grading companies. My advice if you use this service would be to have patience, kick back and relax in the knowledge that your cards are in safe hands.
I've been grading with this company for a while .. also when the company was starting off before ... never ever had a problem.. estimated times are on point ... great customer service regarding emails...updates packaging.. any information needed.. really helped alot .. I don't send them anywhere else
Really terrible service from a group of guys who care more about up charging than providing a satisfactory service. After four month of waiting (and a few up charges despite asking specifically what category to send as before purchasing) I have received 4 of my 8 cards back, 1 graded and 3 ungraded. They implied on email that all cards were ready so I would pay the expensive postage rate, but they only sent 1 and informed me the other 4 were at PSA still and I would have to pay the postage return fee each time a card came back! So please bear in mind there is an £8 card per card you submit, apparently all in their Ts and Cs.I would definitely not use this company again and would strongly advise against you using them. Unless your aim is to waste excessive time and money.
Dan and the team at The Sub Center have been brilliant in answering multiple questions and queries in relation to the grading of cards. They are always quick to email and their customer service is second-to-none, and I have also seen their prices reduce (due to new submission levels and CGC relationship etc). Exciting times ahead.
Dan and the team are excellent, and I wouldn't go anywhere else to grade my cards. I have personally used the service for over 15-20 different orders over the last year and and communication has always been excellent.Even when I ran into an issue with one of my orders, Dan personally sorted this out for me without any hassle. Big respect to him given that he has probably hundreds of messages each day to go through, and this really shows that he cares about his customers and his business.
