Company just delivered 30 days after order. Took 2 emails to customer service and had my credit card protest the charge and it finally showed. There was no shipping status provided. I am now concerned about using the product as I am not even sure it is real.
I've been using Mane's products for a few months now, and have definitely seen some improvement in hair condition. My hair is also darker. I wasn't sure at first, but my hairdresser noticed, and commented, that my hair was looking thicker and darker, before I'd mentioned anything to her.
Terrible experience that I’m wanting no one else to endure!First of all the product was late in arriving, it only appeared after me chasing multiple times.Contacting them as a company is terrible, the choose what emails to respond to.I reached out to them 6 months after using the shampoo as there’s no difference to accelerated hair growth for my money back and they told me they only offer a 30day money back scheme. I’m pretty sure if you contacted them within that 30 day period to get your money back because the product doesn’t work they would tell you to keep using for months to get a result. I was told I can send back the items I haven’t used to get refunded for each bottle at a fraction of the cost. The return address was USA, I’m in the UK so that is obviously not worth the return. Even when I told them it didn’t work they didn’t ask more questions and try to understand why the product didn’t work, you can tell they know it’s just expensive shampoo and doesn’t do anything and they had my money so they didn’t care. This is the product of a little advertising and zero science and they are scamming everyone!!!!Never buy from them, they are fraudsters!
Filed a report with the Better Business Bureau. Paid for product. In three weeks, never received shipment or tracking info. Two emails to customer service - no response. Messged through their social media account - no response
