After refunding my card for the bad experience I had, the company then charged my credit card again. I'm now waiting for a second refund and after that I'll have to cancel my credit card so these people don't keep charging me. Honestly I can't believe these people. Absolute scam artists! DON'T BUY!
I'm using the gray hair bar. I have been using it for 5 weeks and haven't seen any changes. They have a 30 day return policy but if you live outside the US, shipping any product back costs more than the product. I'll finish the other two bars and report back, but I'm highly doubtful it will work.
Where do we begin...Purchased the gray reverse 3-pack...Used it daily for almost 3 weeks with ZERO results.Based on the claims, I should have at the very least, seen a minimal difference. And not only did I use it daily, but I left the thick lather on for 10 minutes or longer.Requested a return from Amanda... she provided instructions to return item and asked that i send a tracking number when i shipped it... which i did.Item was delivered to them and I never received a credit or response from follow-up emails.Disputed credit card charge (citi) and they did an investigation... only to tell me that the merchant claims to never received the item or the tracking number.As of this review, I just filed another dispute with citi and provided my email communication history with them and the tracking number as proof.This merchant is Horrible... Do NOT buy
