Product Arrived VERY LATE (Over a month to the UK) but it's Legit. Amanda (who seems to be their only customer liaison) replied back and resolved the issues I was having. Root Activator Spray has a weird tingling sensation when it's applied to the scalp so as long as I don't wake up entirely bald tomorrow things are all good!
I highly recommend you just accept you are losing your hair. I purchased these products and have lost more hair with stress and worry over the money this company has stolen from me. They do not ship orders. They do not reply to any form of contact you try to make with them. They steal your money.That's it.
Saw the add for this product and seemed to be different to all the others, and didn't involve all the chemical sprays and tablets others do. thought id give it a shot.never actually got my product 3-4 months down the line, but I got an email saying how I supported your business which is nice...I replied to the email in the hopes someone would see.wouldn't of been a slap in the face if id actually got my product.cant contact the company on their website as the contact us tab is an endless loop taking me to the home page to buy more products...at least the website is made well, the money I sent you should be spent on hiring someone who can actually make working websites.I guess they will just take your money and keep it and not actually send you your product that you paid for.
In the very first place, right after placing my order without the website taking the discount coupon that I was offered, I was shown a promo which was automatically confirmed right upon clicking on it without requesting once again my credit card information or an order confirmation from me, your client. I only wanted to check and see if now that I bought from Superior Mane, I had access to better prices or promotions rather than adding another item to my order. When I wrote to you email on this incident, I was replied I could just and only ship it back. Even when if I reported this complementary order in less than 5 minutes and requested a cancellation, it was a Root Activator Spray (which represented me $30 usd more). OK, I sucked it up and was still looking forward to receiving my products. I placed my order as you can see in the information below, on December 3. I got an email showing it was shipped through DHL. After over a month, I was still waiting for it and kept on tracking it through DHL website, with not much luck.I’m a very busy person due to work, but on January 23, I went up to my nearest DHL branch asking for my package only to find out, and to my surprise, that the package was not being delivered by DHL, neither was it delivered to my home, but it was handled through the national Postal Service! It was never to be home delivered. So I went up to my nearest post office over in the next town only to be informed it had already been shipped back! I did not get a call, email, or note that my package had been sitting at the post office since January 3.
Total waste of time. Placed an order and have been bombarded with marketing gumpf ever since. Have emailed them four times now asking when my order is going to even be despatched and zero response. So I’m now going through my credit card company for a chargeback. Avoid these clowns. The fact they can’t be bothered to give feedback on trustpilot reviews suggests they’re an amateur outfit or don’t give a damn about customers.
If I could give the products a lower score I would. The hair removal cream is absolute garbage. Not only did the spray not work effectively but the product did not remove hair easily. After 2 applications and scrubbing my skin to try and remove the hair I threw it in the garbage and went and purchased Nair for men. (A good product) The product is falsely advertised and should be removed from sale immediately. As so many probably do… I purchased a bulk pack as it reduces the cost. Massive Mistake!!! The company refused to give me my money back and asked me to ship back the remaining items ( I had 6 bottles to return) I threw them in the trash where they belong!
I have ordered this following an IG advert. Product got delivered fine. I have followed the instructions and tried on a small part of my chest. All went ok ish - at that stage the hair wasn’t fully removed, I thought maybe I haven’t applied enough. I have thoroughly covered all my chest and waited as per the instructions. When removing the hair not all hair was removed leaving patches. What is worse my sensitive nipple area for weirdly burned that they have started to bleed. Not very good. I would avoid.
