Filed a report with the Better Business Bureau. Paid for product. In three weeks, never received shipment or tracking info. Two emails to customer service - no response. Messged through their social media account - no response
This is a SCAM.They are using my images of my hair transplant journey (IG @shaunbirley). They have been using my BEFOR and AFTER shots as their own . Ive asked them to take it down and not use my content to miss lead people but its still up as an ad! Avoid at all costs
Absolute trash customer serviceAbsolute trash customer service. Was supposed to get the product for Christmas as a stocking stuffer. After 2 weeks of nothing I tried contacting via email, website form, and calling 3 different numbers all which were disconnected.I finally opened a dispute with CC card. I no longer wanted the product and just wanted a credit and BOOM they magically shipped it.I have no idea if the product is good, it might very well be. But the lack of customer support will make me never shop or spend money with them again.Amazing I just cop & paste my negative review from another customer with the same issue. My order 12/15. Paid to expedite. Dispute 1/3 Email received 1/7 that product shipped. Via email Over 3 cancellation request in between order & suppose shipping. Now company responding asap with cannot cancel due to product ship. Crazy!!!!
If you’re international do not buy from this place. I paid for insurance as well. They took forever to send the package, received nothing. The company that they used rejected the address because by the time it was sent and delivered it had been 5 weeks and the location was closed. They told me to contact the delivery company (DHL) they don’t have a contact number and said to contact the sender direct. They then gave me a link to my order through ARAMEX - it wasn’t even my order. These guys are scams. Now I’m out $100. They’ve stopped replying to my emails. Pathetic

The progress photos feature in their app really helps track the subtle changes over time. Started seeing baby hairs around month 2, and now at 6 months, those have grown into proper hair. The product doesn't have that medicinal smell that many other hair products have, which is a huge plus for daily use.
