DO NOT BUY!! THIS IS A SCAM! I bought 3 bars of the gray reverse treatment because I saw an ad saying if it doesn't work you get your money back. Tried 3 bars in a row and not even a single strand has remotely changed colour. And now they won't give my money back. And clearly the fact they only have hundreds of 5 star reviews on their site and nothing else shows their scamming. Stay away.
I bought end of June 2023. Been using both shampoo and their conditioner for 6 months DAILY have not seen any difference. None. ZippoI went back on site and they gave a money back guarantee. I emailed co. They did respond but said it’s only a 30 day guarantee. how would you know if product works in less than 30 days?Save your money. Product doesn’t work AT ALL
From a customer service perspective, Superior Mane is quite literally, "superior". I had processed my checkout without entering the discount code...realizing what I had done, I immediately emailed Customer Service. I was surprised to see that the agent who assisted me was able to apply the discount after the sale and reimburse me the difference. That said, I can't wait to get the product in my hands... I've been using Nioxin #2 (shampoo, foam, conditioner) for the last 13 years...feeling like it's no longer helping me, I decided to give Superior Mane a shot. Truly hoping for the best!
