There was a mixup in my order & Laurynhad it corrected very quickly.The products have made my hair softer & my scalp seems to ɓe clearer. I've had trouble with the sun causing breakouts over the years.Thanks so much!

Phenomenal Customer Service

I’ve been using the product for a few months and reordered during the Black Friday Sale. When I got the package, it was missing a few bottles. I contacted customer service and Amanda responded immediately. She got the rest of my order sent out and was very courteous. Great products and wonderful customer service! Thanks Amanda and Mane!

Missing Product

When I received my order the package was torn and the conditioner was missing. I emailed them right away. Amanda was great. She got a replacement in the mail right away. Great customer service.

Good customer service

I placed an order but did not receive the items even though it was marked as delivered. I wrote in to the customer service and they promptly investigated the issue and sent me a new delivery. Good customer service experience.
