Review Time
I used the Superior Mane reverse grey soap bar for 3 weeks, as directed, with no results whatsoever. That product is shown to have over 700 ratings / a 5-star average on the Superior Mane website, compared to on Amazon, where most ratings are one-star. Hmm...seems suspect to me.
Just placed an order for the shampoo and the conditioner. Customer service is prompt and welcoming, the 5-star is for them (Lauryn was taking care of my inquiry). I am yet to receive the parcel and live with the product, hopefully it will live up to the expectations.
I have been using this shampoo for over a year. During all this time I did not notice any change, moreover, the hair continued to disappear. I tried to get in touch with someone from the company to ask for advice, but got no response. My conclusion is that these products do nothing but make us dream beautifully while our hair leaves us. Don't buy!
The shipping experience to Spain: wasn't the best.If you are shipping internationally, you should have a local partner or at least partner with some better fulfilment solutions that are available. First, I received a letter from the customs department. Went to the Post Office for the letter. It was a message notifying me that I just had 5 days to submit some signed documents online or else I'd lose the product. I did as they mentioned. After several days, the post-office Correos replied and I am now awaiting an update. It would be nice if you could notify this to international shoppers, if not, the experience delivered risks of not being optimal. I would be ready to help if you need help finding a local partner or improving the delivery service, but so far I wish I had known upon purchase that receiving the product was so complicated.
Still too early to review the product itself, though I like the way it leaves my hair after the shampoo. But I do want to praise their customer service. I had a small problem with the first bottle, and Amanda in customer service jumped right on that and made it right. I’ll add a review once I’ve used the product further, but in the meantime, I’m very happy with them
