I have had positive results with the Root Activator Spray. I should note that I seemed to be in early stages of receding hairline. So I just started with the spray.Super surprised how well it worked for me! Hence just ordered the shampoo & conditioner as well!
I must say that other companies could learn a lot from this one. Their customer service is unparalleled. They stayed in touch with me until my issue was resolved. Lauryn is a definite credit to their operation. I have only been using the product for a few days, but if their customer service department is any indication, Mane is a winner.
I was initially disappointed because after waiting for my grey reverse bar to be delivered I saw nothing in my mailbox but an empty, ripped plastic bag. I sent an email explaining what happed along with a video showing the condition of the plastic bag to Mane support. I was expecting to wait for a typical response of 2 days later but I was really impressed when I received an email from Amanda from customer service on the same day with a replacement order. No questions asked, no run around, and no bs. My grey reverse bar replacement order is now being shipped and I could not wait. I really appreciate the level of customer service I received from Superior Mane.
