Support was greatI bought windows 11 pro to upgrade my system and Office 2024 pro plus. I always find set up the least pleasant part of getting a new computor. It didn't how I had hoped so I reached out to Mark at The Unity Soft for support to help me get set up. He was very helpful and patience even when I didn't follow instructions and that was the problem. I have got software from them before attracted by the price, but was pleasantly surprised the support was good as well. Thank you specifically to Mark and more generally to The Unity Soft.
This Co are good. I bought Office 2021 from them in 2022 due to v competitive price. I had a few installation issues which they fixed for me quickly.Contacted them again yesterday (Sunday) for some advice on updating One Note and to my great surprise rec'd an email response within an hour or so, with all the advice I needed. Exceptional customer support.
Bought a Windows 11 Pro licence to use with Parallels on the Mac and it works perfectly. And £100 cheaper than Microsoft. If you are installing from scratch they provide comprehensive instructions. There's a lot of dodgy firms online selling licences but this firm are 100% legit
