Significant delays and poor response

Shipping took much longer than expected. When my shoes finally arrived, I was away and couldn't try them on. By the time I returned, the return period had ended, and I was unable to send them back. I reached out to the company but received no reply. I cannot recommend this service.

Disappointing experience with my order

I ordered two pairs of shoes for $420 eight days ago, and they charged my card immediately. I haven't received any updates about shipping since the order confirmation. When I called, they couldn't provide any information and mentioned delays. I needed these shoes for medical reasons, and their response felt incompetent. They later confirmed the shoes were out of stock, which was infuriating. I was told they couldn't call the warehouse, only email, and I had no idea how long that would take. This experience was frustrating, and I won't order from them again.

Decent boot, but not worth the price

I ordered the short boot, and I don't think it's worth the original $90 price or even the pre-Christmas sale price of $74. Now they're around $60. The construction is solid, made of suede, but the lining is a poor-quality fake fur. While the boot provides some support, it's quite short and barely covers the ankle. I wouldn't purchase these again and believe they should be priced around $40.

Still waiting on a refund

I'm still trying to get a refund for a return. All I've received are automated responses. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering! The shoes arrived in the wrong size, and this company should be reported. I'm still waiting for my refund and regret ordering from them.

Unwanted promotional messages

I have previously bought shoes and been satisfied, but after returning some recent purchases, I no longer wish to receive promotional emails or texts. I get daily messages, which is quite annoying. I called a few months ago to have my name removed, but nothing changed. I called again and received fewer messages for a while, but now they're back. What do I need to do to stop these promotional communications?

Lost order and no refund

I ordered shoes that are now lost in the mail. Initially, they were with one carrier, but customer service says they're with another. Instead of issuing a refund, I've been going back and forth with representatives, asking for either a replacement or a refund. All they've offered is a 10% off coupon for a future purchase. Please avoid this service; they take no responsibility.

Canceled order still shipped

I placed an order that took five weeks to arrive, despite promises of 5-7 business days. After contacting them four times for an ETA, I canceled the order, but they shipped it anyway. I wanted to return the shoes since they arrived late and didn't fit, but I have to pay for return shipping even after canceling. I will never use this service again due to their poor customer service. Beware, as their support is mostly AI, not real people. I disputed the charge and returned the shoes. Shop elsewhere.

Positive experience with orders

I'm surprised by the negative reviews. Every time I order from this company, my experience has been positive. I ordered four pairs of shoes recently, and they shipped the next day, arriving quickly. Sizing issues with sandals

I ordered sandals and was advised to size down due to the shoe running large. I did size down, but the shoes arrived too big. When I called to return them, I was informed they were a clearance item and couldn't be returned. Since the company doesn't have physical stores, they should have a better return policy for items that don't fit. Now, I'm stuck with shoes I can't wear, which is very disappointing.
