scam. At first I ordered my watch end of January, I received my tracking information around week and a half later. but after 3 weeks I sent multiple emails regarding why the shipping is taking over a month. getting the same general response about how the watch is following typical international standards. I then sent a 4th email and received a response about how the watch didn’t pass Quality standards, and how they are rebuilding this watch.
would not recommend buying.
Disappointing quality and misleading value.
My experience with RFMod Watches has been awful. The watch looks decent in photos, but in person it feels low-grade and poorly made. The materials feel cheap, and overall it does not justify the price at all.
This brand relies heavily on marketing, but the actual product does not match expectations. I feel misled and would not trust this company again. Save your money and buy from a reputable brand instead.
❌ 1. Extremely Poor “Stainless Steel” Quality
The watches are advertised as stainless steel, but what I received does not feel like genuine stainless steel at all. The metal feels lightweight, cheap, and low-grade, more like plated or base metal.
Within a very short time:
Visible scratches appeared with normal use
The finish started looking dull and worn
Overall build felt loose and poorly assembled
This is not the quality anyone expects at this price point. I own much cheaper watches that feel far more solid and durable than these.

After receiving the product, it became clear that these are mass-produced, China-made watches, yet they are sold at premium prices as if they are high-quality or custom pieces.
There is absolutely no value for money here. You are paying a high price for something that feels like a low-cost import with basic finishing and no attention to detail.

The pricing is completely unjustified. Based on:

Finishing
Weight and feel
Overall durability
These watches are grossly overpriced. What they charge does not reflect the actual product at all. This feels more like a quick cash grab than a serious watch brand.
📦 4. Fake 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Their policy clearly mentions a “30-day money-back guarantee”, which gave me confidence to place the order. However, when I actually tried to return the watch within the allowed time, they did NOT honor it.
Instead:
They avoided giving a proper refund
They delayed responses
They changed the conversation toward exchange instead of refund
Eventually, no refund was processed
A policy is meaningless if it’s not respected. This felt extremely dishonest.
🚚 5. Charged Me for Shipping & Exchange (Customer Pays for Their Fault)
Despite the quality issues being on their side, I was still:
Charged for return shipping
Asked to pay for exchange shipping
Given no compensation for their misleading product
To make things worse, they used very cheap courier services, which caused delays and added more frustration. Paying extra money just to fix their poor quality is unacceptable.
📉 6. Poor Customer Service & Unprofessional Handling
Customer support was slow, unclear, and unhelpful. Every response felt like:
Copy-paste replies
Avoiding responsibility
Trying to push the issue instead of resolving it properly
At no point did I feel like a valued customer.
