I really like how easy and quick the routines are. As someone who suffers with severe procrastination and follow through Ive been able to stay on track even though my mind still resists wanting to do it. I haven’t felt any release or shifts yet but I’m doing it every night.
I’ve been following your platforms for years but only just jumped into the courses 8 days ago. On the very first day I noticed that after doing each exercise and reaching the “pause” before the next exercise my body had this tingling feeling, I rather enjoy that feeling. I’ve also started to feel lighter in my physical body.
My life turned around when I started doing somatic exercises with Liz❤️Liz is an amazing teacher so knowledgeable & caring! Somatic exercises have calmed my nervous and I feel and I know I’m going to get my life back & also I love doing the exercises and look so forward to doing them every day👏👏👏I’m so fortunate that I found the workout witch❤️
