I would just like to say I bought a ring from Thomas Edwards Jewellers and I was delighted when it came the quality was absolutely superb and the packaging was very impressive. I would highly recommend this jewellery as I will be definitely buying from this company again . The ruby earrings were as anticipated and my wife was pleased with them. What was unacceptable was that the price was raise by almost £100 without consultation and between placing the order and receiving the items. The reason given was that material prices had risen. This does not make sense for items already in stock. Unhappy customer!!
Awful, seems like a scam. I have paid for item, I have paid for delivery, I have paid for customs, 17 eur for a item 45 eur worth that end up 70 eur in total, parcel arrived but item was not in it, just an empty small box. Contacted shop, they didn't took responsibility on what happened, no refund!
