Safari says unsafe site; why? I've never had any issues. Sometimes difficulties with exchanges; process needs to be better.
In comparison to offerings from other brands, this one falls short. The pants have a sagging fit that is quite unflattering. The sweatshirt was mediocre at best. When I attempted to return my order, I encountered complications due to using a specific payment method. I was directed to contact the payment service for the return, while they stated that the payment had already been processed. My credit card statement indicated the payment was made to a different entity, making the return process unnecessarily complicated. I would advise against purchasing from this company. The customer service experience was frustrating, and I'm unaware of any physical locations for returning items that don't fit.
Beware that if you're ordering for delivery to the UK, the product ships from China and takes weeks and weeks to arrive.No communication either, you are just left wondering if / when it will ever arrive.I won't order from them again.
Fioboc were good a year ago! But customer service is terrible. They say in response to anyone complaining that they offer money back and returns but that is a lie. If you buy 3 items you get 10%off. Unfortunately they then classify the items as sale items, and refuse to exchange credit or allow returns. Yiu will see there is no section for returns etc.I love the products but the sizing is different for every style so you end up paying good money for products you cannot wear!!They also DO NOT REPLY TO THEIR EMAILS!!
The pants run very small. Even though I used the size chart, the ones I ordered turned out way too small.The products are shipped from China, so it takes at least 14 days to arrive.And when you return them, because the sizing is way off, you have to pay the return shipping costs yourself.In short: not recommended.
