I spent £12.50 on the out of hours restriction removal forms, but they didn't work at all. The instructions say to open a support ticket for payment issues, so I tried that. Unfortunately, I faced a submission error that just said "database error - do not reinstall."

Very useful application

This application is very useful, although some of my reviews have been taken down. It must be challenging to manage everything, given the unreliable individuals out there. It has definitely helped me feel more secure.

Appalling service

This service is truly appalling. I have received reviews from individuals I’ve never even encountered. There are defamatory comments and accusations against me while I wasn’t even in the country. This platform should be terminated. Anyone can make baseless accusations without any chance for the accused to respond.

Unpleasant experience with dishonesty

An individual suggested doing drugs during our meeting, and I declined. She got upset and threatened to leave negative feedback if I didn’t proceed with the booking. She even claimed she would inform others to do the same, even though I’ve never met them. It’s pure dishonesty and lies! The platform doesn’t seem to care about these fake reports. This service feels like a complete mess and should be shut down immediately!

Terrible experience

I had a terrible experience. I am verified on another platform that generally keeps reviewers honest. I have numerous positive reviews there, but occasionally, when I have to cancel a meeting due to unforeseen circumstances, some individuals react negatively and post nasty comments without any repercussions. I understand they might have had a rough time, but I always offer to pay in full to prove my sincerity. Sadly, some just overreact. It's better to use a system that allows both sides to review each other.

Sad to see the service go

I have had excellent experiences using this app over the years; it has saved me time and helped me avoid dangerous situations. Unfortunately, it seems that the service has been discontinued, and I can no longer access it. I was using it to assist a colleague who faced a serious incident. Without this platform, that individual is free to harm others, which is terrifying. I will miss it dearly and hope to stay safe in my work.
