Misleading Shipping Information

I ordered cycle gloves thinking they would come from a local source, but they were shipped from overseas. Customer service is practically non-existent, and after two weeks of no updates, they advised me to wait 60 days before contacting them about the order. Very unprofessional! DO NOT USE THIS SELLER.

Ive received a wrong item after very…

Ive received a wrong item after very long delivery time. Zero response from the seller. I needed to open the case through my paypal. I was able to return the item for £20 from my pocket!I need to add, that bycycle seat was a cheap item from TEMU. Way overpriced. The company is a time waisters, my time and £20 went down the drain!

returns costly

Nothing wrong with the item but returns need to be send to Poland which is costly and not indicated at the time of purchase and cannot be expected on an uk web page. I was offered a 60% discount though.
