While I was happy with the seats I reserved using my AFL membership, I have no idea why every Essendon game is reserved and requires an additional fee. Surely, with low attendances the fee could be scrapped.Furthermore, I also do not understand why I simply cannot choose my seats in real time on a seat map for AFL reserve. This is available on every other site for concerts but not for AFL reserve seats. Why? I would prefer to choose seats rather than have them allocated randomly and having to cancel the allocation to get more desirable seats.Finally, entry into Marvel is not always smooth as the Wi fi function failed on my ticket and my daughter's ticket.
I recently purchased a couple of tickets to see the MJ Musical but accidentally booked the wrong date. To my surprise, the support team responded quickly and was willing to help.The process to change the tickets was straightforward. They guided me through the steps, and I was able to switch to the correct date by simply paying the difference in ticket price. The ease of booking, accessing the tickets and simple entry to the venue. The website was simple to use and was stable even at peak use. Tickets were made available a couple of weeks ahead of the game and it all worked well. The only negative I can think of was that the price of the tickets was quite high with no discount for seniors or children ($115 each) we discovered on the day that due to a low attendance numbers they were selling the row behind us for $10 each. We had a great view and would attend again.
