You exchanged our tickets without any fuss when we were unable to attend on original booking date. Unfortunately we were not able to attend on new date, last Sunday, as I had emergency surgery on Saturday. We will keep a watch for another show later in the year, booking with you was so easy.
I was unable to access my tickets on the app and I missed the 1st quarter of the game as I had to go to gate 7 from 3 to see the ticket box and have a paper ticket printed. Wasn't happy considering I am a AFL member and pay extra for reserved seating.
