Unfair pricing - no help from Ticketmaster

I bought MJ The Musical tickets through Ticketmaster, then found $99 tickets in the same row soon after—mine cost nearly double.I contacted support, but they refused any refund or compensation. Having two active links with such a big price difference is misleading and unfair.Check for hidden promos before buying—don’t expect Ticketmaster to make it right.

The prompt and positive response is greatly appreciated. Online purchasing can be a little convoluted for those whom are "occasional" users, so I am grateful if this aspect was also a considered reason for the positive outcome.CheersPete

Just awful.

Just awful.Couldn't be more annoyed.Their website is pure feces, their staff are dismissive at best and rude at worst.Endless crashes and resets.I suspect it would be easier to construct a scaffold and climb over the fence than purchase a ticket with them, faster too.

Need to have more seats available, especially for interstate members

The seats we had were good but when booking there wasn’t a lot available but on the day there was plenty of vacant seats. Also being a St Kilda member I couldn’t use my free ticket because I couldn’t purchase a ticket for a guest. There were a lot of seats available in that area so that is very disappointing.

Make life easier pls

You make purchasing tickets online so unnecessarily hard.I was forced to go into a Ticketmaster outlet in the city. On the app it didn’t allow the option for guest passes which we needed. I went into the city and tickets were sorted in 5 mins.I never have issues with ticketek and if I do, there’s so many ticketek outlets around to make life easier.I was really disappointed.
