If I could give a zero rating, I would. What a useless app! Every time I buy tickets, I am told I must use my phone to get entry, but the app won't let me sign in. It spins in circles from the sign in page back to the sign in page. I am forced to download a digital wallet which I don't want, to send my tickets there, and I can only do that after deleting the app so I can log into the webpage to send my tickets to the digital wallet! Then a message pops up saying to get my tickets via the app. The same app that won't allow me to log in and won't allow me to access the webpage if it is still installed on my phone. WHAT A USELESS PIECE OF GARBAGE THAT HAS BEEN THE SAME FOR A LONG TIME AND TICKETMASTER WON'T FIX IT.
Hi, saturday was very hot and our seats in block 105 were unusable so we ended up in the grandstand. I would have purchased a package for our group of 4 but minimum group sizes were 6. On the day I saw that all the boxes were 2/3 empty. If the price packaging had been less expensive then we would have spent more on tix. Next year box tix or west stand seats should be priced better and would improve the experience for thise happy to spend a bit more. Great day.
Fantastic day, well organised, placement of your food vans , water tanks, toilets and merchandise were great, everything close, even the smoking area. Awesome venue. The rain didn't spoil it either because it wasn't a mud pit.
The Crown Theatre is excellent venue for theatre and music. The Bee Gees Tribute show was excellent. The music clips on the screen behind the singers was an excellent reminder of the greatness of the Bee Gees.
The best concert I have been to for a long time. I have always loved Bee Gees and it brought all the songs back to me again. Singing along and enjoying every moment. The band was Aplus and the singers also. Loved the added family members and stories. Would go again tonight. Wonderful crowd, I hope all the concerts go along as well as our Perth Casino mob. Congratulations and best wishes to all. Sandra
Tried to book accessible tickets which you have to call for but the line always says it is too busy. So had to email but the back and forth is so slow and there is never enough information that we now will not be able to get the tickets on time. In every email I spent I begged them to call me as mum disabled mum really wanted to watch the SVENs in Perth but they just ignored me every time.
The artists where fantastic! Line up great! Sound was very good. Parking was a nightmare! Worse i have ever experienced at any event. $30 to park in a dust bowl. Then had a 900m walk up hill with chairs, eskies etc. On returning to the car after the event, dark narrow uneven path to walk down. Would not attend this venue again because of the parking.
Very disappointing experience with Ticketmaster support. The responses felt generic and repetitive, and it often seemed like no one was actually reading my messages. I repeatedly explained that I couldn’t transfer my tickets due to a system glitch, yet I received conflicting advice — first being told transfer wasn’t possible and the buyer had to attend, then later being told transfer was available and to follow troubleshooting steps I had already completed on multiple devices.
After three days of back-and-forth with no real resolution, the only solution offered was PDF tickets, which could have been provided days earlier but were instead sent just hours before the event. To make matters worse, the phone number provided for support was disconnected. Overall, extremely poor customer service. I won’t be using Ticketmaster again.
Dynamic pricing is a scam. Ticketmaster advocates hard to get rid of scalping, but then uses dynamic pricing to scalp customers anyway. Bought tickets to the Australian open months in advance, only for Ticketmaster to more than halve the price on the day of for our session (whilst doubling the price of the other session). They refuse to offer switches or upgrades, so instead we paid $900 for 2 x tickets in restricted view, when if we’d simply bought on the day we could have had front bay tickets for half that price. Dynamic pricing should be illegal - it’s a scam to protect billion dollar companies.
We paid extra for our seats and on the map it showed we were close to the stage with a good view. However, in reality, the stage was closer to the equivalent seats on the opposite side and we had an obstructed view. We could not see the whole stage and we also could not see either of the large screens. Very disappointed.
