i spent far too much time trying to…

i spent far too much time trying to book to log in, to reset passwords a.nd all the rigmarole that goes with it. if it werent for my children and grandchilden I think I would have cut my wrists. Far too complicated I cant believe the forty plus thousand people that were there could have gone through the pain and suffering that I went through..

Couldn’t send a ticket to my daughter.

Couldn’t send a ticket to my daughter.Had to send both to my ticket wallet and scan us both in.Meant we couldn’t be separated.Saw many people with the same problem trying to enter the ground.

start time of 7pm but didn’t start until 8pm

It had a start time of 7pm but that is when doors opened. I had a 5-yr old with me and the show didn’t start until 8pm. You need more information about this for ticket buyers. Also, the seating wasn’t great. They were just regular seats you could just move around. I was expecting something a bit better for a popular venue like that.
