Not sure if it’s Ticketmasters fault or not…Wasn’t able to attend, ended up selling my ticket, but couldn’t sell the VIP upgrade… that COST MORE than the concert ticket itself… so was out of pocket quite a bit…. The ability to sell/transfer upgrades wouldBe much appreciated
The process of buying tickets was easy and good follow-up with reminder email.Please allow the tickets to be printed from either the app or email. Problems arise when the app can't be opened at the theatre and this is the only way to access tickets.
The show was spectacular. However, the venue left me feeling awkward. 1) the chairs are way too close, touching legs with strangers is extremely uncomfortable; 2) considering the adults' height, the stage was difficult to see, even though I was in the 8th row; 3) the security guard marching up and down along the wall during the whole show was absolutely ridiculous, it was distractive
