I also placed an order for quilted cat totes on 12/6/25. The advertisement embedded within an online platform suggested it was a small craft company in Canada closing down. As of 1/1/26, I have yet to receive anything. It seems the product is coming from China. This has been a very negative experience, and I am quite disappointed in the platform for promoting such an unverified entity.
Total fraud! The items are nothing like what was advertised. They even used fake postage for shipping. There’s no contact number, and the email replies seem automated. Engaging with this fraudulent seller will only result in losing your money!
I ordered two “Animal Christmas Ornaments” expecting cute 3D decorations, but what I received were cheap plastic discs with animal images, shipped from abroad. The quality is shockingly low, not suitable as gifts, and likely to be discarded. The company falsely claims to be “authentically local,” while the goods were shipped from overseas. Their customer service provided dismissive copy-paste replies to my complaints, offering only a partial refund while insisting on return shipping costs. This is against consumer laws. Their customer service is appalling and clearly not based locally as claimed. I am escalating this to my card provider for a full refund and reporting them for their unlawful practices. Verdict: Misleading products, deceptive branding, unlawful refund practices, and dreadful customer service. Avoid this seller completely.
They charged £6 for shipping. There’s no tracking information provided. I received no communication from them at all. I ordered in time for the holidays, but the last delivery date is tomorrow. I emailed their customer service three times with no response. What a scam! Completely dishonest. I’m concerned about the quality of their products. Terrible reviews are expected. Lesson learned the hard way. Stay away from them.
