Order arrived eventually

Order arrived eventually. Ordered on the 27th December and that's the parcel arrived today 7th January.I guess with the mass Covid absences to staff and the time of year it's to be expected a few days late.

4 months - Order Still Pending - Goes elsewhere to be safe!

no much you can say, like a few other reviews about ordering and delivery.had previously ordered on their old mycondom website without any issues.Trouble logging into their New website.Ordered placed (21 Dec)no confirmation emailwebsite just says order pendingemailed customer services (no acknowledgement or reply to date)So who knows when the order will be processedStill waiting!Now 13th January and still waiting, no response from customer services either.So have emailed them again today (13 January)20 January - order still pending and nothing back from customer servicesNearly a month without a peep, based on this it appears they are no longer trading or their customer service is non existent26th January - thankfully I haven't been holding my breath waiting for the order or response from their customer services!10 Feb 2022 - no surprise, order still pending and no response from their clearly non existent Customer Service team27 April - still waitingone star is too muchbased on no goods and total lack of customer service, wouldn't recommend them or be using them againinteresting to see tingle replying to some of the earlier complaints on trustpilot, orders not arriving etc.then a sudden silence, makes you wonder if the are defunct?think they have went bust?there website is apparently down for maintenance!and now the website seems to be switched offYip clearly they have ceased trading as there website now has an error message, June 2022

Placed order. Told would be 3/5 days. After 7 days and two emails requesting update of order. I had to phone and staff very helpful and re dispatched my order which arrived as promised.

Very slow delivery and zero customer service

Everything as described but took 2 weeks to arrive and absolutely zero response from customer service when I tried to find out what was happening. Appreciate Covid has made everything more difficult but this isn't good enough, sorry.

Ordered items on 19th of October with 2-3 day delivery. Nil received i have sent 2 requests to customer service via email to check on the order number and have had no response to either. I have used before and had been more than happy until now and hope for a response to this feedback to resolve this.

Did not receive order, claiming money back, 0 customer service response! DO NOT ORDER FROM, THEY ARE EITHER NOW DEFUNCT (but still happy to take money), OR ARE SOON GOING TO BE!! Save yourself the hassle.
