This company clearly prioritizes customer satisfaction, consistently going above and beyond.I am very disappointed with the customer service. I purchased Tier 1 twice and was only able to redeem it once. The customer service does not want to redeem the second one, and they dont want to refund me. Very poor customer service.
TinyEmail is so easy to use. The emails look great at the stats are robust. I love how it integrates with Shopify so I can easily see the results of my email campaigns. Best of all, their customer service is amazing. You talk to real people that know the product.
I found this site through a google search and after a few minutes fiddling with it I ditched my MailChimp account and moved everything over and not looking back. The UI is simple and straightforward. Setting up audiences, campaigns and quick and painless. Biggest plus is that the site is actually fast! Once my list grows bigger I will definitely be a paying customer.
Legit tried so many different email marketing apps and this one by far was the easiest, and by far has the best UX and is seamless, and does not compromise on brand guidelines. Love the interface and the fact that they care about their customers and provide timely customer service so I don't have to worry. They truly care and that means the world to me.
The Customer Support is Excellent. You get a response so quickly and by phone often. I have never dealt with another company that puts so much emphasis on customer service. We are a non profit foundation and they have been instrumental in helping us put integrations in and get a template set up. Highly recommend.
