The automation capabilities are good and the roadmap looks to put them on par with the competition.It's very easy to connect / integrate with common 3rd party systems and tools so as indicated above it really is a surprisingly good setup this early on in its lifecycle.Hope to see this flourish...

The on boarding experience was excellent, I did not expect that, many thanks to Mashiar to help me with all my questions. The email campaigns are very easy to set up, there is a choice of many templates that you can easily fine tune or you can make these from scratch. Very excited to be a part of this dynamic team plus I see that there are many new features on the horizon.
