Went to email them through their chat bot & instead of asking for a first name, they only asked for a last name LOL This shows whoever does their coding isn't very intelligent.
Then they demanded my phone number. I don't give out my phone number when asking pre-sales questions. Being forced is dogmatic.
Based on those 2 issues & the numerous complaints here including labeling companies spammers (maybe they are, maybe they aren't, at least communicate first, that's called GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
I was labeled a spammer on a forum twice & blocked & ignored by several forums & they lied. I DON'T SPAM! Speaking the Truth is NOT spamming & sometimes I was removed from a forum while in the middle of getting help for my computer.
People lie all the time, especially now in this terrible climate (WWIII). Most people are INSANE NOW.
I've been online full time since 1996 & never been treated so terribly in all of these years.
This company should at least talk to the company FIRST.
This means they could shut down my account if someone lies about me.
I'll find something else.

Now been using for at least 4 years & just can't fault it.We're a small business who struggle with our marketing, but we do give it a good go.I find Tinyemail easy to use, and if I do run into trouble help is easily accessible and they seem to take the time to make sure you're all sorted before they disappear, which is nice.I recommend it highly.

I have paid for the product and it is impossible to use their product. After just 5 tests - there are many email platforms, not only Gmail - they blocked my tests and I could not make the adjustments necessary. They took all day and many messages an no actions. I lost already three days of work and cannot send my newsletter to the customers. They offer me a call with a manager to explain why they do not increase the limit to a reasonable number and try a workaround. I wrote to the CEO on LikedId and it seems he did not care, no answer. After all probably it is the work culture there. I want my money back, I feel like stolen and I can imagine people there are laughing on customers face.

Although I just signed up for this App, it seems user friendly. Their customer service is extraordinary. Rahul the customer agent who helped me with my DKIM was so helpful, patient and kind. It is so nice to actually speak with someone who goes the extra mile to help.
The customer service and tech support with Tinyemail is AMAZING!!! The best I have ever experienced with any business. I am able to talk to a real, live person who personally walks me through every step to get my issue resolved. Everyone I have encountered with Tinyemail was extremely helpful and polite. My most recent encounter with Laxman was especially helpful. I LOVE Tinyemail!
