The Microsoft Family 365 offering is not legitimate and violates Microsoft’s policies. They are not an authorized reseller, which constitutes fraud. Avoid buying from them. The contact information listed on their site is also nonexistent. This is a scam.
SCAM, SCAM, SCAM! Please do not purchase from them. Initially, they will not provide you with an activation code. Instead, they send you a new email address and password. When you visit the Microsoft website, it's web-based, and you can't use your existing email. COMPLETE SCAM, AVOID!
STEER CLEAR of this service = SCAM / FALSE ADVERTISING. The Office 365 Family they offer is not what they claim. The price is high, and they create an account in your name and send you the password. You end up with a shared Office 365 that is managed by someone else, usable on 5 devices. TOTAL SCAM AND FALSE ADVERTISING.
Fraudulent practices - I bought a Microsoft 365 Family subscription and was told I would receive a code via email. Instead, they sent a link to a single user account on a shared instance with 5 others. This not only violates Microsoft’s rules but is also impractical and largely ineffective. There’s no way to reach customer support despite their claims. Avoid this service and seek a refund through a chargeback if you can.
