Received excellent customer service from Joey Calabano. It was our first time ordering equipment from Titan Fitness, and unfortunately seemed to misplace a piece from the product ordered. Joey addressed our concerns over the phone kindly and respectfully, where he responded in a timely manner. He went above and beyond to follow up on the issue, offering a complete replacement all together. Our gym will definitely be ordering new equipment from Titan Fitness moving forward!

T-2 power rack 71"--Solid and stabile!

Purchase the 71" T-2 power rack from Scratch and Dent. Went together easily, looks great, and solid as a rock. It will hold anything I'll ever put on it.

Great Customer Support …

The customer support from Mary Jane Cabanas was very timely and explained that my item is on back order and provided me with options to cancel or keep my order. I am keeping my order partly because the customer service was so responsive. I am dealing with a different equipment vendor for different equipment purchase and because the customer service is not as good I canceled that order from them.
