Review Time
When I received my box, I noticed that it had been torn and retaped. Once opened, I found there were fractional plates missing, so I emailed customer service along with a photo of the box and the contents received. Richard responded and advised that a replacement order would be shipped immediately. Thank you!
I’ve been eyeing the seated leg extension/curl for a long time. So when it came up on flash sale, I immediately jumped on it. I ordered it on a Friday afternoon and it was delivered Tuesday of the following week. I was impressed by the speed my order was fulfilled and how the item was packed. 80% of my basement gym is from titan and I’m aware of the negative reviews they’ve got but all of my experience of dealing with them has been awesome. All my stuff came well packed and complete, sure some of the out packaging may have a tear or seem a bit roughed up but that’s to be expected. If I have to nitpick at something, it would be that the online instruction for the leg extension/curl is still for the version 1 so there’s some slight difference but it didn’t really affect the assembly time or difficulty much. This has been such a welcome addition to my home gym and it definitely won’t be the last titan piece I’ll have.
Absolutely love Titan gym equipment. Solid construction and reasonable prices. However, a recent customer service experience has cost Titan a loyal Titan customer.Grace (customer service rep) did the best she could within the limit of her authority to do so. It appears that her supervisory team was not much better equipped to handle my request either. Kudos to Grace for trying. Poor markings for their customer service.You loss a valued customer over this transaction.
Titan’s products are made in the USA, which means there wasn’t the back order/shipping delays I’ve experienced with other companies whose products are waiting in cue to enter the port of Los Angeles. And the quality of my new bench is second to none.
After a great experience with their safety squat bar, I purchased trap bar and barbell storage stand. Shipping took a week with continual updates on status. Products arrived well packed and in good shape. I have used trap bar for deadlifts and carries and it is solid, good medium knurling like I prefer. Stand is solid and holds all me bars comfortably. I will keep buying from titan in the future!
I had an issue with Titans website during a flash sale, couldn't buy the piece of equipment so I emailed customer service. They got back to me promptly, honored the sale price and had the machine at my door in 3 days. I own a lot of Titan stuff in my gym and their customer service has been great the 2 times I needed them. Great prices for pretty darn good equipment.
Ordered Safety Squat Bar and was impressed with quality/comfort of product, ordering process, shipping speed & great packaging. Decided to order upright Farmers Carry and just as impressed. Thanks to Titan for helping make our home gym a bit more awesome.
