I have enjoyed all of my title nine products I have purchased thus far. The clothes are comfortable and durable. They keep me warm on the east coast and I have also purchased dresses for warm summer months. Something for ever season. The customer service reps have been very helpful when I have had questions.
I have been shopping from this women-run company for years and it continues to be my go-to for workout and travel wear. They carry very high quality brands and have a bias towards women-run companies. Title Nine is the only site I will use for swimwear and workout bras. They also have excellent customer service.
Love Title9! They have amazing clothes for all types of active girls. Im a hiker and find comfortable, FLATTERING, easy to care for clothes here. From purchasing to keeping or returning, their process is super easy and fast. The reviews from other shoppers are honest and helpful. I also love that they read the reviews and make adjustments to their lines based on our feedback.
I dont remember when I first started shopping there, but Ive been a customer for years now and hope to be for the future.

All of their clothing is so cute yet comfy. And I like that I can get some of my other favorite brands from the same place (like Toad&Co).
I absolutely LOVE Title Nine’s CRASH leggings and pants. I live in Eastern Canada where the cold isn’t just cold — it’s damp. And that kind of chill gets into your bones. These are the first leggings I’ve found that actually keep me warm without feeling bulky or stiff.
What I love most is how versatile they are. I can go from sitting at my computer working, to walking the dog, to playing in the snow with my toddler — and I don’t have to change. They’re warm, comfortable, flattering, and still feel stylish enough to wear all day.
I also really appreciate that Title Nine is women-led and genuinely focused on female fit. The sizing range is inclusive, and in my experience everything fits true to size. It’s clear the clothing is designed by women who actually move and live full lives.
Shipping has always been fast and smooth for me, and everything arrives exactly as expected.
If you live somewhere cold (especially damp cold!), the CRASH leggings and pants are worth every penny.
I am surprised by all of the negative reviews about this company! I recently bought a pair of pants that I had to exchange for another size and the process was pretty straight-forward. They don't do straight online exchanges, so I started a return and ordered a different size, but I pretty much shop exclusively online and find that this policy is really common. It didn't take any more time and I got my refund a few days later. No issues. I am a long-time Title Nine customer and have always been happy with the customer service and the company overall.
TERRIBLE RETURN POLICY. Will never shop here again.I purchased swim bottoms, swim top, and a rash guard from Carve here and spent a lot of money as the brand is expensive. They charge a lot for shipping and it wasn't even shipped that quickly.Once the items arrived, I realized I needed bigger swim bottoms (even though I followed their size chart and Carve usually has consistent sizing). When I went to exchange the swim bottoms for a bigger size I was SHOCKED to see that I would have to pay to ship the bottoms back and then pay 9.00 (yes you read that right, to get an item that weighs 6 ounches) for shipping to get the new pair. They don't do exchanges, you have to pay to send the item back and then re-order the new size.To top it all off, you don't even get your money back. You get a "credit". So you can pay ridiculous shipping amounts in the future. I contacted customer service which agreed to refund my shipping amount for the new bathing suit and said they would expedite my return credit. I appreciate that but I doubt I will ever shop this company again. Most places that sell high end clothes do free returns or exchanges and you get your money back in the form you paid.How this place is in business when there are so many other options is beyond me.
