I received gilets from my daughter. As the batteries were shipped separately I thought I needed to order some. Which I did.
Then I received the batteries and realized my mistake. I was able to email a cancellation of my order and Keilah Elias answered quickly and I was able to cancel my unneeded order.
I’ve now been able to test my new gilet as has my friend in challenging weather. 19-22F
I live on a boat and during this kind of cold spell, heating can be a struggle. Keeping my core warm makes all the difference!

Vest only worked a few times, the battery USB connector got so hot I couldn't even touch it
That battery stopped working with that USB
I bought a new battery.
The vest worked fine for a few days but did the same thing.
The USB port is melting the battery connection port...
The only way to get it to turn on now is to hold the USB on a funny angle.
Once you let go the vest turns off.
I received my first order, but it was too small for me. I reached out to them, and they responded right away to resolve the issue. The customer support I experienced from this company is outstanding. I'm very satisfied with the undergarments. Just a heads up, the small size is quite small; the medium fits me perfectly, and I usually wear a size 0.
The jacket and battery arrived on schedule for my trip. The jacket is quite warm, and the heated feature nearly makes it too warm for me, which is a pleasant problem to have. However, I have noticed a few threads starting to come loose already. This might be due to washing it separately on a delicate cycle instead of using a laundry bag, but it's not a major concern.
The sizing is completely off. I typically wear a size 12, ordered an XXL, and struggled to get the top on. The pants were so tight that sitting down was a challenge. I requested a refund but have made no progress with the support team. Save your money unless you're very petite or a model; this won't fit.
I’ve been waiting for my battery delivery for three weeks. The items ship directly from overseas, and I suspect they are based there. Customer service has been disappointing; every time I inquire about delivery, I only receive vague updates about it being in transit. Avoid this hassle and spend your money with a local company.
This was my first experience with the service, and it was fantastic! The puffer jacket I purchased for my partner works well and heats up quickly. The only downside is that the battery ships separately due to regulations, but that's not the service's fault. I would definitely buy again!
