Absolutely unacceptable! I received a large jacket that was too small, and the service sent the same size again with the tags removed. This feels like a scam! I ordered on December 11, and by January 17, I still don't have a jacket for my 86-year-old father, who it was meant for as a Christmas gift. I believe I deserve a full refund and the correct size at no charge.
The jacket is fashionable and form fitting, I purchased this for my wife who is more on the petit size and struggles to keep warm in the winter. Even without the heat on, she found this jacket to be quiet warm. She uses the heat while outside in below freezing temps and is perfectly warm. However, she has mentioned that the battery gets very hot and she fears spontaneous combustion while wearing it. Because of this, she uses it much less than she would like.
Very quick postage and packed well, hoodie was as described, very good quality, it is idea coming home from work whilst waiting for the car to warm up, keeps me toasty. I will be taking the hoodie to the isle of wight festival for those chilli evenings.
