Long-time customer disappointment

As a long-time user, I’ve seen this brand decline. The quilted rolls were once excellent, but now they are smaller, thinner, and narrower. I used to fit two rolls in my cupboard, but now I can fit four. I’m very disappointed and will be trying another brand. The latest version with ylang-ylang is the worst. No more of this brand for me, and the advertisements are quite off-putting.

Stop wasting paper

To leave a review, a minimum of one star must be selected. I apologize for this, as it aligns with the company's quality expectations. I removed this product from my home due to its poor quality. After five years without purchasing, I had limited choices and ended up buying it again. I found myself using my own hand more often. Please, shareholders, reconsider supporting this company as their product is not of good quality.
