Lanre was helpful. I needed 3 new valve replacements and unfortunately you guys don't sell them but the rep was able to help me out and send a replacement cup! I appreciate that alot. Hopefully in the future we can buy them seems like alot of parents would benefit from that!

Was having some issues with the bottles I use for my 9mo leaking, reached out to tommee tippee for help and spoke with Nicholas and Lanre who were both lovely and they offered to replace all of the bottles I was having issues with and had an order put through for it almost instantly. Great customer service. 😊

Purchased the dream maker and what a disappointment. If you are looking for a white noise machine, don’t buy this one! It keeps turning off by itself throughout the night, which completely defeats its purpose. To then try and put it back on is a faff as all the buttons are on the bottom of the machine and if it’s dark, you can’t see what button is what. Definitely regret buying it.

We received a bottle warmer as a baby shower gift and unfortunately it started having mechanical issues where it kept turning itself back on and heating inconsistently. I reached out to support and the agent, Nicholas G., was incredibly kind and helpful. I was hoping that it was a known issue and I could get some instructions on how to fix it, but he sent us a whole new unit instead. We truly appreciate it and look forward to using this brand for many years.

We have been using the PrepGo Formula feed maker and highly recommend it! We bought another to use while the other is sterilising. We did have an issue with one but the customer service team at Tommee Tippee UK were brilliant. I cantacted them via the chat on the website and they had the issue resolved within 20 minutes. Great products and great customer service.

Disappointing Experience with the Bottle

I received a bottle as a gift when my baby was born, and now that my baby is 5 months old and has started formula, I used it for the first time this week. Sadly, the heat-sensing lid doesn't function properly. The indicator remains blue even when the milk is hot, which poses a safety risk for a baby. I checked the company's website for a replacement lid, but it isn't available. This renders the entire bottle useless due to one defective part. I am very disappointed with the quality and the absence of replacement options.

Excellent assistance from the team.

The representatives were wonderful to collaborate with. They will be sending a replacement cup after a straw broke from typical toddler use. This is very much appreciated. I would give 5 stars if the broken piece could simply be replaced (I’d be willing to pay for it!), as this would be more environmentally friendly.

Outstanding customer support

I spoke with a representative this morning regarding my faulty item. They were very pleasant and exceptionally helpful, explaining all my options and promptly taking action. The item itself was wonderful before the issue, and I’ve already recommended it to several others who purchased it. If you're considering it, go for it! A replacement is already on its way.
