I ordered a felt Christmas tree in early November and didn't receive it until early January. I also paid for shipping protection. I reached out to the support team several times before Christmas, but they were unhelpful. They haven't responded to my email regarding a return. This feels like a scam. I strongly advise against ordering from this company.
My experience was extremely disappointing. I placed an order on 11/20/25 and paid extra for shipping protection. As of 12/26/25, I still have not received my order. I contacted the support team several times, but only received the response that “your order is in transit.” Eventually, I requested a full refund twice, but I have received neither the order nor the refund.
I still haven't received my order that I placed over a month ago. I've attempted to contact the support team several times through the only available method, which is email, but have yet to get a reply. This experience has taught me to be cautious of ads on social media.
The support team was prompt to reply when I inquired about the delivery status. When the package finally arrived, I was ASTONISHED by the ornaments! They are large, abundant, and absolutely CHARMING! My 2-year-old granddaughter has had a blast putting the ornaments on the tree, taking them off, and repeating the process... you understand!
Complete scam. Would give 0 stars if possible. I ordered the felt tree on November 12, and the tracking hasn't changed since December 4. Now it's December 18. I've emailed the support team multiple times, and the representative claims it's on the way, but I know that's not true! AVOID THIS SERVICE! Many other reviews echo the same sentiment!
Complete Fraud! I ordered a Christmas tree on October 30th, and it's now December 3rd. After sending multiple emails, I discovered they falsely claim to be a US-based company when they are actually from another country. In their last email, they mentioned needing to check with my local shipping partner. I will dispute the charges with my credit card provider and look into filing a complaint with the relevant authorities. Do NOT waste your money. This service is a complete fraud!
I ordered a felt Christmas tree and a felt Snowman, and they have been in transit for 20 days with no indication of when they might arrive. I ordered on 11/8/2025, believing they would ship from a US warehouse. I should have done more research before making a purchase. I'm unsure if they will arrive in time for Christmas.
I purchased an item on 11/15 and contacted the seller after it was stuck since 11/19. They claimed it was on track for delivery, but now it’s 12/2. The shipping history shows the goods left the operation center on 11/18, but there’s been no progress since. I feel misled.
