I placed an order, but now, almost two weeks later, I still haven't heard anything.
They aren't responding to my emails either; I've already sent two, and order tracking isn't working either.
I've used many products from this brand and I'm very pleased. From tubs to plates to bottles, everything is great. Most importantly, the stroller is adored by my baby, and we take it everywhere. I had an issue with a product once, but the company resolved it quickly, reinforcing their quality. Highly recommend!
Everything was absolutely perfect — from customer service to the ordering process and the fast delivery. My package arrived in under two days, beautifully packed, and every detail showed great care. The product quality exceeded my expectations — I was truly impressed!
Initially, I had a very frustrating experience as I assembled the stand multiple times and found one bar misaligned, making it wobbly and unusable. I opened a support ticket, but was disappointed that a new product arrived like this. However, after reaching out, I received quick responses from support and realized I had assembled it incorrectly. The instructions could be improved, as they didn't match the video. Overall, the product is decent, but the assembly video needs enhancement.
The quality of the bath stand is so poor that it collapses with minimal pressure. It's shocking for a product meant to ensure child safety. There’s a significant risk of it falling while in use. The locks meant to secure it are ineffective, making it very unsafe for children. Extremely disappointing for the price.
I ordered a bath and stand for €95, but later saw a price drop and a discount code. I contacted customer service to request a refund for the difference but was denied. I also tried to cancel the order since it hadn’t been packed, but that request was refused too. Returning the item is impractical due to a high return fee. This experience has been disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend the company. After my review, I was contacted by another representative, but the refund felt more like a hassle than a gesture of goodwill. Overall, the customer service left much to be desired.
