We were super happy with our rental car! It was quite new, very clean, and had great features. The pick-up and drop-off at the airport were smooth and easy – the car was delivered right there and returned without any hassle. We had no problems at all during the whole week and were completely satisfied. The price-performance ratio was excellent, too. Highly recommended!
This was a lovely experience start to finish. There are several car hire companies where you just don't know what's going to happen after you return the car and what the extra charges are going to be. With Top Gear Mobility, whilst you pay a bit more, you know that there are no hidden charges coming your way. The service was great with the meet and greet at Alicante Airport Departures for both the incoming and outgoing flights. The car was great, well maintained, albeit with a few bits of damage on the bodywork (not that we needed to worry about if we would get charged for them later) and the people were lovely to deal with. Top Marks.
Genuinely can’t recommend this company enough. I was very nervous about hiring a car in Mallorca based on numerous rental reviews about insurance scams, expensive policies, charges for pre existing damage etc… but TopGear Mobility were nothing like the others. The advertised price was what I paid. The advertised insurance was what I received. They don’t charge for any external damage and don’t con you into extra insurance cover, it’s just all included. All they ask is you return the car clean (fair enough) and they’ll charge for internal damage (what are you even doing if you damage the inside of a car!?!). Super quick service. Very polite staff. Highly recommended and will definitely use them again.
Received a nice and clean car at PMI. Friendly and professional office staff. Return was smooth and quick.The only thing negative was pickup delay during transfer from airport. Also the driver does not offer help loading baggage into the minivan. He also listens to radio very loud. Annoying bus transfer.
