We rented a Nissan Qashqai from TopGearMobility in Mallorca 2 weeks ago for 11 days because they had the best price compared to others. Price was cheaper and there was no extra charge for 2nd driver and full insurance included. We have never heard of or used this company before. Prior to our travel I had contacted them as I had a few questions regarding the hire (confirmed that they don't need a credit card from you which is great!) but they were always prompt to reply and answer all my questions via Whatsapp. I was also sent a short video showing where to go from the airport to their customer collection point be picked up and driven to their office. Walk was less than 10 minutes from the airport and the van arrived pretty quickly after I called them. The car was nearly brand new and in good condition. It was running great so we had no issues with it. There was no screenwash liquid in it so we just refilled it ourselves and let them know to make sure to check that too before handing over a car to a customer. Dropping off the car was also a smooth process, no issues. Staff in the office and the van drivers were very friendly. Definitely will use and recommend this company in the future wherever we go if they're available!
Excellent service and experience. Very polite, friendly, and attentive staff. Fast transfers to and from the airport. The car was fine. The only drawback is that the price includes fully comprehensive insurance, so you can't use your own.
