SCAM

SCAM: 1/16/26 Received 2 balls that dont work. Immediately emailed, phoned, emailed twice more. Literature says cant return unless you contact them and get an RMA. Their email replies stall by saying they'll get back to you in 1-2 business days, but they don't: THAT IS A LIE. They are just running out the clock to prevent your refund. Paypal charge is in name of "dba Pure Commerce."

Torqueball - Do not buy.

Bought a torque. Did not spin. Wrote back several e mails with no reply. James was on the torqueball e mail. Waste of money and time. Do not buy.

I should have believed the bad reviews

I should have believed the bad reviews. Ordered and received, but after trying the Torqueball, decided it’s not for me and want to return for refund. I emailed the day after receiving. Got an automated reply saying they’d be in touch in 1-2 business days. It has now been over a week and no return label sent. I have followed up with three more emails and a phone call with no response.Don’t order a Torqueball - the company is just as unresponsive as other reviews have stated.

Scam item

It took months to come and then it is a piece of crap. Does not work. On their site, it says it is 4.8 positive with no 1,2,or 3 stars reviews. Trustpilot should monitor this better.
