I ordered 3 because it was buy 2 get one free They took approx 2 weeks to arrive. I , too am not sure where they are shipped from
I read the sizing guide on FB however found out later the shorter versions are smaller than the longer ones which in turn are smaller than the kaftans I think this should be clearer
I have washed all 3 and found a flaw on one so had to contact customer service This was dealt with quickly and efficiently , to my satisfaction
The fibre content label says cotton/ linen and feels more like viscose, however I am happy with this , however perhaps they should verify the material ?
I have ordered again on the basis of being satisfied with the initial order and how their customer service dealt with my query

Everything went smoothly with my order; however, it took a few extra days than I anticipated, but that was my fault for ordering during the holiday season. The order has arrived, and I love the beautiful colors and the incredibly soft material. Excited to wear them!
I was worried my order wouldn’t arrive in time and asked to cancel it. The representative quickly responded, confirming the cancellation. Two days later, the beautiful caftan I sent to my sister arrived. I emailed again to share how happy my sister was and to let them know not to issue the credit. The customer service was exceptional, responding promptly with kindness. This wasn’t my first order; I’ve bought caftans before and found the quality and value excellent. I highly recommend this seller.
