I would not recommend anyone purchase from TorqueBall with any possible intention you may want to return the product. FYI The balls are quite heavy. They offer 90 days money back guarantee - wrong! They don't. I purchased the ‘Couples Pack’. They were too heavy and unsuitable for me, so I wanted to return them for a refund, as per TorqueBall guarantee. I sent Torqueball an email requesting return address and refund. Their only correspondence entailed an automated email from James Cole advising someone would contact me in 1-2 business days. Nope, they don't do that either. 16 days later, I wrote a further email, request was same as first email, and I received the same automated email from James Cole with same advice ‘1-2 days’. How many times does one email, so I asked Paypal to help me.Important Note. My request to Paypal was for them to ‘obtain a return address and refund’. My original Request to Paypal and my subsequent appeal were both denied, both with reason ‘The seller has advised that you received the product.’ Quite the opposite from the reason I wanted their assistance. At this point, I no longer want a return address but just a refund. And to date, Paypal have closed my case and not a whisper from James Cole at TorqueBall (6 weeks ago). My experience cost me $150.13 USD. I have certainly lost confidence in the reason I use PayPal for all my online purchases.
This item makes sense and it appears to be easy and something my 92-year old husband (with beginning stages of dementia) will do. As for me at age 85, it looks doable, even with several arthritic finger joints. At our age, we know how important exercise has been for our bodies; however, exercising our brain is equally important.
I ordered the item on December 1 for Christmas. It did not arrive until January 4; too late. I called and e-mailed Torqueball several times. They either do not answer their phone or it answers and then hangs up in you. Email responds saying they will get back to you within 2 days and they do not. I’ve asked PayPal for assistance but to no avail. I’m so frustrated.
Torqueball should receive zero stars.I ordered in November but never received the product.Emails were answered saying my address was invalid and they couldn't deliver. I then asked for the product to be delivered again giving a different address. They responded by asking for a very high postal fee. I refused this & asked for a refund.Since then I have only received AI responses saying they will get back to me in 2 days. That time has well & truely lapsed with no result!!!The company appears to have numerous poor reviews regarding the product and response to emails.Beware of Pure Commerce company, read the reviews 1st.
Total SCAM -- DO NOT BUYI tried to cancel after family member ordered -- tried to cancel same day ordered. 'James' responded within hours -- NOPE, you can return once you receive it. Well, now I got it and 'James' will NOT respond to email ever again. Contacting my credit card company --
BEWARE!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!! I am not strong enough to revolve the ball with my hands (which is why I bought it!) so wanted to return it. The bot customer service said to email them. I emailed them numerous times getting automated response that they've received email & nothing else. No phone number anywhere.
