As other reviewers have experienced, James Mallett at TMS provided outstanding service coordinating packers and shippers and checking in with me regularly about delivery (today!) of the personal effects I shipped from UK to my house in Australia. Great advice, service and communication - if only other customer service companies could do the same.
I would just like to thank Christain for all of his help with our recent delivery. Moving furniture aboard was always a worry but Christain put my mind at easy and told me to leave it in his hands. He kept me updated all the time, everything was collected and arrive on time as well. Would recommend Christain and TMS to anyone.
Used these guys to move from London to Boston. They had the lowest quote (per cubic foot) by far out of 4 other movers. James Mallett was there for me every step of the way. The whole process door to door took 5 months because of the backed up shipping going on worldwide, but James kept me updated and was very responsive. All my stuff was expertly packed and delivered with no damage.
We used TMS for our move from London to New York. James was very helpful and helped us every step of the way. Moving to another country is such a challenging experience but with TMS everything was smooth and easy as you get very clear information and they always try to help you.
