It has taken me a year to sell my house due to 2 buyers dropping out. Christian was with me throughout this process when I had to keep booking and re-booking collection dates. He was always helpful, quick to respond to all my queries and never got fed up with how long things were taking. When the time finally came for me to move, he stayed in touch to make sure that everything was running smoothly, and on the day I arrived at my new house, he rang to wish me well, and make sure that the move had been successful. I would definitely recommend Christian and TMS to anyone who is thinking of moving house.

We had to move our stuff from Lisbon to Yorkshire. We received a competitive quote from Total Moving Solutions and dealt with Matt, who was highly professional and a nice chap to speak with. Unfortunately, the moving guys in Lisbon were a pain to deal with - got there at the wrong time, refused to put on blankets on the furniture, and pretended they only had an hour to do the job etc. - but Matt dealt with it and once he had spoken to their boss, it was dealt with. Everything got here in order and we are happy with the service!
We organised a move from London to Taormina (Sicily) with Matt and the Total Moving Solutions team - and it was the best decision we could have made. From the first contact on up to the delivery, TMS was simply a joy to work with: everyone in their network was open for all our many questions, they had excellent advice (on tax, transportation, differences between UK/IT etc.), everyone along the line was professional, fast, kind and fun. Matt checked in with us several times throughout the process, we felt at all times well taken care of, and although it was our first international move we organised privately, it felt just as easy as if it was organised through the workplace. I would definitely recommend getting it touch with TMS if you plan a move.
Just go for it. To be honest, I was quite lost how should I bring my daughter's belongings from Scotland to Brussels and then one of my friends told me about TMS. We were lucky to have Scott as adviser. He was very responsive and took the time to explain things. Belongings arrived in 2-3 weeks. Excellent work
