Amazing service!! Would highly recommend. From start to finish, it was seamless. Christian was extremely helpful, a move is stressful enough but TMS took away a huge stress. The guys who collected and delivered my stuff were great, very efficient. Hopefully I don’t need to move again but if I do, I’ll definitely use TMS.
Working with James at Total Moving Solutions (TMS) is a pleasure. Indeed, we have used TMS twice now; once for a move to France and the second for a family member in the UK. Both moves went extremely well, and TMS and the companies James selected for each job went above and beyond in my opinion.TMS partnered us with two different companies; one for the North of England to the South of France job and another for the UK relocation. On both occasions nothing was too much trouble. James was very helpful throughout, especially when we had some last-minute changes to dates, due to issues further down the chain, and the team worked well with our representatives on the UK pick-up/packing day and with us in France on the delivery day. All worked hard, undertook exactly what we had agreed, and nothing was too much trouble; even when some items unexpectedly wouldn’t fit up our stairs in France the delivery team tried to make it work and were patient whilst I figured out a solution. So overall in both experiences TMS were helpful, courteous, and considerate and all went smoothly. Good value for money too; it's worth getting a quote from TMS and considering letting James look after your move.

Andrew packed all our stuff on the exact arranged day and time and did not ask to help with anything, completely hassle free. when it comes to communication, Christian is a true gentleman, very prompt, accurate, kind and caring and a great help in solving my unexpected issue! Mellisa in account department is a wonderful lady, very kind, helpful and understanding. I received all my belongings safe and sound on due date from Dublin to London with no problem. I had a great experience with Total Moving company and I would like to thank them all sincerely for their great job.They will be my first choice whenever I plan to move again.

Abhorrent. Literally everything that could go wrong with this international removal has; said they would send a team of 6, sent two. Changed the move date a week prior to our expatriation. Then the day of the move arrived at 5pm not 9am. It was a madhouse to try to get everything packed bc THEY were on a time clock. Didn’t send the proper team so I had to scramble the day of the move to have a hand made iron gate sectioned - which I will also have to pay to have it welded back together…or they would have just left it. Then they completely botched the removal amount, said « sorry we’re full! » and I had to flash sale half my hand carved furniture a week before leaving the county….but they took Ikez shelves😑 All due to poor planning and organising. But the worst part? They just keep asking for more money; quote 10,000£ paid another 2000£ (they wanted 7), now they want nearly 1000 MORE because their shipping partner is using a semi to deliver and I won’t fit down the drive at the destination; I could go on and on but it’s been a literal nightmare.Following the "response" by James I will add more context; The day of the removal, due to all the fiasco around the gate at items they said they were leaving behind with no warning (I am not a mover, it's their JOB to tell you what will fit. I was NEVER given a choice to say what was priority, they just started packing and then said, "Oh, no more room and we are out of time." It was then they called their manager, a Lithuanian, and he said, "Take the goods we will sort it out - make sure she is happy ." (the whole crew is actually, very nice guys, this is an administrative issue start to finish, the guys are just there to load). My only regrets are that I did not INSIST they pack the hand crafted, hand painted heirlooms, and park my car in front of the truck until they did. I was trying to be reasonable and trusted them when they drove off to honor the agreement to take more volume DUE TO THE FIASCO of the dates, times, small crew and hurried timing. They did call in some "favors" after I simply said I didn't have $7000 more - regardless I borrowed more funds to pay the extra 2000 GBP and now they want nearly $1000 more for "ferry trucks" This all could have and should have been avoided with simply creating a CLEAR quote. Telling me that "we didn't know the desitnation adresse" makes them look all the more ridiculous.
