I contracted TMS to ship some goods from the UK (Wales) to my home in Johannesburg. James Mallett, my main contact there, was responsive, conscientious, professional and proactive. The packing team did a great job and there were no breakages apart from three glasses. The Biddulphs team in South Africa were equally helpful and the unloading was swift and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend all concerned to anyone wishing to ship goods from the UK to SA.
We sent two very delicate items from London to Pisa (Italy): a fragile big mirror and a disassembled bookshelf.It was difficult because the person who could accept the items in Pisa was very busy with two small children and asked to be informed well in advance before the arrival.Everything went smoothly and the two fragile items arrived safely and intact in Pisa.I am very grateful Piero
Apart from issues experienced in connection with global supply chain problems - everything was perfect. Collection was exactly as scheduled, delivery was again right on time and all items were suitably packaged such that everything arrived in the condition it left. We were a little amazed but pleasantly surprised this was the case especially after so long in storage/transit. James @ TMS is excellent. He is clearly personally invested in all his clients and takes pride in what he does. Simply wouldn't get this service dealing with one of the bigger firms. Would definitely use again!
TMS have been superb in delivering a first class service in my house move from the UK to Germany. TMS have been outstanding during this whole process of moving. We moved from South London to South Spain and they have made it so comfortable that it was easy to concentrate on all the other issues and just be able to leave this in the background for them to deal with. Everyone has been really friendly, from the customer support to every person that has come to pick and deliver our stuff. He made the move, a usually stressful situation, virtually painless.The movers evidently took great care of my belongings as my boxes still look as new.
