James and the team helped my family move to Dubai. It had been a challenging time within the container market globally. However, the TMS team really went above and beyond to help my family ensure we received our belongings as quick as possible. From initial consultation, packing and delivery the process was seamless and my family could really focus on getting setup in Dubai when our transiting logistics were in great hands. There was a continuous line of communication which was comforting to my family knowing everything was in order at each stage of the process. All of our belongings were packed perfectly and we were amazed at how much care was taken. Now with our items, we had the team in Dubai help us set up a lovely home, with everything in pristine condition. Really glad we used such a great company to help our relocation. I have just had the pleasure of dealing with Christian Woodall of TMS Removals. Christian helped me organise some furniture of the UK to be shipped down to me in Australia.I couldn't have asked for a better experience, he was very informative all the way along, even checking when our furniture arrived in Australia.
James gave us brilliant service from our first contact to the follow up after the delivery of our furniture. The delivery men were very efficient and friendly. To move 89 items from Birmingham to Kefalonia to 13 days which was amazing given all the post Brexit nonsense with customs. TMS dealt with everything for us and took away a lot of the stress of emigrating to Greece. I cannot recommend them highly enough and would not hesitate to use them again. Great service and very professional. I would like to thank James Mallet who was extremely helpful and always replied to emails very promptly. He was a great help in having my items shipped over to Australia and made the process very smooth. My mum and I really appreciated his updates on the shipment and checking in once it had arrived in Australia and then again to make sure everything had arrived.
