Our trip to China is nothing less than spectacular. The scenery was beautiful, the people were kind, and the food was delicious. Our first 5 days were spent in Beijing, where we covered all the places we wanted to see, from the Temple of Heaven, Forbidden City, and the Great Wall. Our tour guide in Beijing was exceptionally good as he was able to cater to all of our needs and he was able to pace our tour in a way that would accommodate our senior citizen member. He was very knowledgeable of the history of the sites and gave us detailed information thus helping us appreciate the sites even more.
Our Shanghai trip was delightful. We were able to cover the places such as the Jade Buddha Temple, Yuyuan Garden, The Bund and Nanjing Road. Our tour guide in Shanghai was very skilled. She was able to explain in great detail the stories behind the different structures. The tour pace was perfect as we were able to get ample rest before our next tour day.
We were also brought to the highly rated local restaurants in which we were able to taste their delicacies such as Peking Duck in Beijing and Xiao Long Bao in Shanghai.
Overall, our tour gave us a good impression of China and we will definitely get a tour from them again when we come back to explore other areas and cities there.

The tour included many destinations and was organized effectively. We received confirmation for airport transfers a day before our departures, making the process seamless. We chose 3-star accommodations, which could improve slightly, but all hotels were situated in prime locations.
Everything was fantastic! The accommodations, the journey, the views, and the travel companions were all wonderful! The guide and driver provided an exceptional experience. They were kind, respectful, and punctual, taking our requests into account and driving skillfully. Thank you for this memorable experience!
Working with the service was straightforward, and the planning process went well. We explored Central Europe and visited many stunning cities while gaining insights into their history and culture. However, the tour was conducted by another operator, and we were let down by their service. Having previously enjoyed bus tours with other providers, our expectations may have been set too high. The operator did not hold a welcome meeting for travelers to connect, and the buses were often overcrowded due to pickups from various hotels. Additionally, during extremely cold weather, there was no alternative if you chose not to participate in a walking tour—you had to disembark. Communication left much to be desired, with no schedules posted in hotel lobbies, lack of contact numbers for tour managers, frequent changes in tour managers, and occasional delays with the buses. While we visited numerous attractions, the overall experience did not meet our expectations.
Most of the itinerary would only involve taking pictures outside the buildings.Majority of the Chinese nationals in the tour would litter in the bus. They are also very noisy and would speak loudly as if shouting at each other.I wish we had more time in the Corning Museum of Glass. The travel was longer than the time at the museum. I’d love to explore the museum more!Niagara tour was the best! We went on the 2nd floor but didn’t get wet. Thanks to the advice of our tour guide.We had 2 breakfasts for free yay!The tour guide offers buffet for 2 dinners and a lunch for 85USD. But I advice against taking it. The restaurants are like sister companies hence repetitive menu items, full of Asian items.Don’t avail of the free shuttle service from Newark to hotel. This service costs 15 USD per person as “service fee”. Upon arriving at hotel, I checked uber and discovered that I should’ve paid only 16-17USD.Hotel rooms are decent enough and spacious.Philadelphia was a waste of time I believe. It’s not worth the hours of drive only to explore it for an hour.
We were a family of 4 (with 2 children) and went to the 2 day Niagara experience from NYC in October with Gladys as our tour guide. She was amazing and friendly towards every one. Her knowledge about Niagara and all the other places we visited were superb. She also took some amazing pictures for the whole family which we will treasure forever. Our driver Moses was very efficient and took us to our destinations perfectly and on time. Highly recommended:)
